Contrary to other reviewers, my tube of caulk was not hard. I used it and it worked well. I took the advice of other reviewers and masked both sides of the caulking line before caulking and I must say that it is the best way to do it. Without masking it is a less perfect-looking caulk job as I tried it once without masking. This product works okay but not as I expected. The caulk remover is made of soft plastic that it doesn't work in removing the old caulk. The caulking kit works but not as I expected. Using my finger in applying caulk works almost the same.

Discard their caulking and go slow.
That's about it. Everything else is as advertised.

This might be an ok product for $5, but for $20 it's overpriced! The pieces of plastic to spread the caulk are a lot stiffer than I expected and therfore do not conform to the tiles as well as I anticipated. It is also a lot more difficult to us than the advertisement wants you to believe.

Don't believe the TV ads. These items are inflexible, unforgiving, and take a far amount of practice to "get it right". No sooner do you finally feel comfortable with the product and you are finished with the task at hand. Save your money, I wish I had.
