This is a wonderful product for those that have anxiety about using the traditional nail clippers like I do. After cutting my dog's nail much too short, I decided to try this out in order to save me the heartache of watching my dog limp around due to my inability to properly clip. It is such a life saver. The Oster Nail Grinder is a handy and easy to use nail trimmer for your dog. Be sure to introduce your pet to the grinder carefully so they are not frightened of it. Long nails will most likely need to be trimmed with hand clipper before using the Oster Grinder first time.

Product works as stated and does a great job on my dog's nails. Much, much easier than clipping her nails. I would definitely recommend this product.

My dog is scared stiff of it, but he has always hated anything or anyone touching his nails. For us it is a two person job, but the grider does the trick.

The tool does exactly as it says. But you must work with your dog alot to get them use to the noise and feel of the grinder. I massaged my dog's feet everyday for a week before the oster arrrived. This helped for my dog to get use to my touch and the practice that I wasn't going to hurt him. Then once the oster arrived I massaged his feet with the oster OFF.
