I have written them three times and have received no resolution. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter and I was unable to give it to her. I am very disappointed in the seller and suggest Amazon stop any business with them. Rating: - Customer Service I ordered Snow White in plenty of time to get the movie for my grandaughter for Christmas. I didn't receive it in over a week so I emailed the company to ask about it. I received an email from them (Seemybooks) promptly stating that Amazon had given them the wrong zip code and that they had just put it in the mail to me with the right zip code. I waited until Christmas Eve mail to see if the movie would come. When it wasn't in the mail I emailed them back to tell them I hadn't received the movie. ...
